Question PC keeps rebooting. Don't know if it's PSU or GPU

Hi there. Ever since I upgraded my CPU about a year ago I've been having constant crashing issues. Not sure if they're related but that's where the problems started. I would usually get a solid green screen and the pc would reboot. I only use the pc for gaming but it crashed while browsing the internet too. The only time where that changed was about a month ago where my monitor would turn on and off by itself, and when the reboot finally happened I got a black screen instead. Besides the CPU, I already swapped out my SSD and my motherboard. I also tried out Linux just in case it was a W10 issue but it also crashed. The GPU I bought in 2020 and the PSU is from 2017. I don't have any spare parts to try out, I took it to two different repair shops and none of them could figure it out, the latest one told me all stress test were fine except PassMark BurnInTest where it shut off after a few minutes. I am leaning more towards the PSU being the problem because it's older but at this point I have no idea, and I definitely don't have the money to simply swap out both components. Also surely 650W is more than fine for my specs? I am using a 1080p monitor.

Specs: Asus Tuf b550 Wifi II
16GB TridentZ RGB RAM
Evga 650w 80 plus Gold
Gigabyte 500gb m.2 SSD
Samsung 500gb SATA SSD
Ryzen 5 5500
Radeon 6500XT

What processor were you on prior to the upgrade? How are you cooling your processor?

Did you reinstall the OS? If not, that's your problem.

Specs: Asus Tuf b550 Wifi II
BIOS version for your motherboard?

Evga 650w 80 plus Gold
EVGA have a number of 650W 80+ Gold rated units, which one do you have?

Also surely 650W is more than fine for my specs?
A PSU from 2017 will not output the same amount of power after 8 years. Just thought you should be informed of that.

I am leaning more towards the PSU being the problem because it's older but at this point I have no idea, and I definitely don't have the money to simply swap out both components.
Source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built PSU that can deliver 750W of power to the entire system, from a friend or neighbor in order to rule out your PSU being the root cause of the issue.

That's the thing, I don't really have any access to spare parts. No one I know has a gaming PC.

How many watts should I be looking at? Is 650 still fine or do I buy something higher? Tried many of those websites that tell you how much you need and the values differed a lot, though none of them were too high
