[SOLVED] PC keeps restarting a short while after boot up

My build:
CPU: AMD 5900x
Cooler: NZXT Kraken X73
Mobo: ASRock B550 Taichi
GPU: AMD 6800XT Sapphire Nitro+
RAM: G.Skill 3200MHz 64GB
SSD: Samsung 980 Pro
PSU: Corsair RM850

Around two weeks ago my PC randomly while using just shut down. I thought nothing and went to sleep. I tried to boot it up the following day but a blue screen keeps coming up. Looking around on the internet I tried some fixes but none worked (mainly because I couldn‘t get into safe mode since it would show a blue screen before even getting that far). I then tried flashing my SSD and reinstall Windows via USB. Somehow after many tries, where my System would show a blue screen while trying to install Win10, it worked and I got an OS running. But now the problems is that after a short while, where I would try to install drivers or sometimes even do nothing, my PC just shuts off and restarts. Basically pretty random but always after a pretty short time ~5 Min. (I noticed but am not entirely sure, the first time I boot it up, let’s say on the day, it stays „on“ the longest ~3-5 Min. after that it almost immediatly shuts off and restarts after booting up and logging into Win10)

To clarify: I am booting up and I can access the BIOS. I also see my home screen.

I basically already tried:
Testing my SSD with DiskInfo and the Win10 ChkDsk.
Swapping out my: RAM, Mobo and GPU

I concluded that it may perhaps be a CPU overheating problem or a PSU problem since these are the only parts I couldn‘t test or swap out yet. I really don‘t know what to do anymore. I am frustrated and tired.

Could anyone perhaps help me with this problem?

tried to update the bios to the latest? after updating the bios to the latest, try to disable csm support and any legacy options. then save and exit. also make sure the psu connected to the gpu is 1 pcie cable per 1 slot (use main cable, not the branches/split) like this:

Yes, I already tried updating the BIOS but the problem still persists. Edit: I also tried disabling CSM support (which supposedly should also disable any legacy options) still to no avail.

Regarding the PSU cables do you mean that since my GPU has 2x8 pin slots, I should use 2 cables? 1 per slot? And if so I think I don't have two "main cables" like 2 8 to 8 pin cables. I believe there are only split cables like 8 to 16.
Edit: So I tried using 2 split cables to connect between PSU and GPU and it didn't help, still the same problem.
