PC keeps turning off continuously and keeps restarting, urgent!

Hi, I recently been having trouble with my Windows 10 PC.
so, when i turn my PC on, it loads fine. When I am 5-10 minutes into my PC, it turns off continuously and keeps restarting like a cycle. I tried safe mode and still same problem. I don't think i can provide my specificactions but this is all i know:
Intel core i5 2400
gtx 960
8gb RAM
LMS Power PSU X750

this has been happening for at least a week now! i have yet not tried to look inside my tower but i must be sure that its not a software error.
