[SOLVED] Pc LED strips dont work

So when i was building my pc part by part i had plugged in my rgb strips somewhere in the middle of the build. Back then when i turned on the motherboard they worked fine, however now they dont seem to work. Since the day I booted up they decided to just stop working. I've tried many solutions like extenders, contacting support and resetting cmos, none of which worked. I find it strange since they have worked and ive seen it with my own eyes. Are there any solutions anyone can help me with?

My system:

Cpu: ryzen 7 3700X
Gpu: msi radeon rx 5700 mech oc
Cooler: masterair ma410m (which has an rgb cable that does work and syncs with my mobo)
Motherboard: gigabyte aorus x470 gaming 7
Ram: 2x 8gb corsair vengeance 3600
Psu: corsair rmx 750 gold

The LED strips in question are: Sharkoon SHARK Blades RGB Strip

Again i must say that i find it very weird since they have worked before the boot. They have a vdg connection which I used back then. But they also have another 3pin with space left for 1 between 2 and 1.

How did you determine which pin header to use?

And where on the motherboard did you plug the header in?

The answer is VDG if I am understanding your post correctly.

I am not sure if Sharkroon is a fully supported LED strip if supported at all.

Do you need to download and apply the RGB Fusion SDK? Not sure about what you have and have not done with respect to any related requirements.

Have you tried changing the lighting colors and patterns?

Do you have another computer on which to test the RGB strip?

Could be that that one time light up simply caused the RGB strip to fail.

It is a compatibility issue. they dont work cause they are not supported
