I was moving houses today and moved my computer when moving it, it was put upside down after i got it in the house and plugged in the AIO pumps rpm shoots up to 12339 and then gets super loud then i turned it off cause i didn't know what to do the AIO i have is nzxt kraken x52 240mm i have no clue what to do anyone help please
The pc does turn on and work without making the noise but rpm still shoots up and another thing is when its turning off it makes a loud screeching noise kinda then stops

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Make and model of your case and how is the AIO orientated in the case? Would be a good idea to uninstall the IAO, and have the radiator as the highest point while the pump/block is dangled underneath to dislodge any air bubbles trapped in the pump/block chamber.

The aio radiator is at the top of my case with the pump being below it i made sure that no cables where disconnected

By having it upside down all of the liquid likely drained out of the block and when you turned it on there was probably nothing to move. You should do as was suggested and pull the AIO out and gently shake the radiator with the block portion below it. If it's still doing the same thing at that point my guess is that something was damage when trying to run it without fluid in the block.

Its still runs and turns on the thing is rpm was at 12339 and use to be lower then like i said with when i turn it off it makes a loud noise but ill try with what you said and see if it works plus my cpu was between 96, 97 ,98 ,99 Fahrenheit didn’t drop below the 90s
