Hi, recently built my first PC and I'm running into an issue where whenever I plug or unplug from the USB port I sometimes hear a static-like popping noise. I occasionally hear it when closing closing out of browser tabs as well, weirdly enough. Originally, I built the PC with a Gigabyte Aorus Z790 Pro Ax motherboard and Intel 14700k CPU and didn't have any of these issues. However, after hearing about the lack of stability, I replaced it with the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D and Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX. Anyone have any idea what may be the cause? I don't see any visible sparks and everything seems to work perfectly fine without issue, but I don't think this is normal, but I haven't been able to find anything on it. I've attached a video to demonstrate as well.
