PC monitor not receiving signal.Motherboard debug lights flashing

I have built a pc and when I plug it into the monitor it does not recieve any signal on bootup.The PC contains the following parts:
-Intel I5 7500
-Z270-A pro motherboard
-DDR4 3400 8gb ram
-Zotac mini gtx 1060 6gb gpu
The debug lights on the motherboard are flashing as follows:
The CPU led flashes on then turns off once quickly then the Dram led flashes on and off once quickly. They then both stay off for a second and then the flashing repeats.

Try leaving single RAM installed and testing each slot, graphics card removed.

I took out my graphics card and plugged my monitor into the onboard graphics.I tried each dram slot and my monitor received signal when the memory was in the third slot.Thanks for the help.

You're welcome. It might be a bent pin in the CPU socket, since the other slots not working. Try removing the CPU and posting here a picture of the CPU socket.
