Issue #1: I'm encountering an issue with my PC during restarts. After I restart the system, it consistently boots into the BIOS rather than directly to Windows. To get to Windows, I need to exit the BIOS, but the system often restarts and goes back into the BIOS again. This process may repeat several times before the PC finally boots into Windows.
Issue #2: I’ve been encountering another issue with my PC during restarts. After initiating a restart, the system shuts down, then tries to restart, but I end up with a black screen and a solid "BOOT" debug light on the motherboard. The PC remains on this black screen with the "BOOT" light until I force it to shut down. Once this happens, I have to force the PC to shut down to get past the debug light, and only then will the system finally boot into Windows.
I have a feeling it may has to do with the CSM/LEGACY/UEFI. I already tried messing with these settings. Still the same results. Though the windows was installed under UEFI bios settings and hard drive was changed to GPT prior to installing the new Windows 11.
My setup:
-Windows 11 Pro
-Ryzen 9 9950X
-MSI X670E Tomahawk
-Corsair DDR5 32gb
-Cosair iCUE h150i 360mm
-Corsair rm1000x
-MSI 4070 Ti Super 16gb Ventus 3X
-NVME sn850p 4TB
