Hey there! I've been having this problem for a while, I have to plug my PC to my TV as I don't have a monitor just jet, but at least once or twice a day when I turn on the PC the TV displays "No Signal"
I'm plugging an HDMI cable from my motherboard to my TV, and sometimes this works: Unplug the HDMI from the motherboard, plug it into my Xbox, turn the Xbox on, It displays the Xbox start-up screen perfectly, and then plug it back to the PC and sometimes it works.
As of now I don't think so, before I thought it was the cable that had a problem, but now I believe it's the PC.

The set up.
Motherboard: Asus B85M-G R2.0
CPU: Intel Core i5 4460
TV: Samsung UN32H500G 32'

Thanks for the Help
Cinis

the last few iterations of Windows have caused a lot of video signal issues for people like this. many with signal going out to ports that aren't even connected, usually HDMI. others with displays powering down even while in use, going into standby modes and signal auto-changing to other outputs. it may be related to this.
they're attempting to make multi-display use easier but i don't think they've gotten it down yet.

There is only one cable connected to the TV (there are two HDMI Ports) I switch that cable from the PC to the Xbox, The TV recognizes that the HDMI cable is connected be it in the HDMI 1 port or HDMI 2 it just displays "No Signal"

I've plugged another HDMI cable that I found lying around and apparently it works, I've also done what you are suggesting but It hasn't worked, So I guess It's a problem with the Motherboard and the HDMI cable, as they both work perfectly alone, but together they are a combo for disaster.
