Question PC not booting after bios update

I've read up on what I should do and I've tried unplugging the GPU and using onboard graphics to see if it will boot and I've also reset CMOS and it's still not booting but it turns on and idles please any help would be appreciated

A name and model and bios version of your motherboard, would be a nice start ?
