PC not booting after mobo replacement

I recently upgraded my computer to support ddr4 Ram. Currently installed is a Roswell 750 power supply, z270 extreme4 motherboard, an Intel i7- 7700 K CPU, a GTX 1080 hybrid, and 16 gigs of hyperx 3200 MHz ddr4 Ram. When I boot the lights and fans all come on but I'm not getting a display nothing at all is on the monitors I've tried every port and try booting with the GPU out any suggestions would be amazing, thanks.

y would recheck psu connector on the board and on it since it is modular some might be not fully in also did you have any debug led on in the motherboard in the same tame try only 1 ram stick and this ram was on board qvl list .

I have one red light on the mobo, i can confirm the connection from the psu is good. I tried 1 ram in every slot, nothing.
