Question PC not booting and stuck on POST after clean up

So today I gave maintenance to my pc for tye first time, just changed the thermal paste on the cpu and some dusting on the components.

I have a MSI B550M Pro-VDH wi-fi
A Ryzen 5600G
2 DDR4 corsair Vengance 3600mhz 8gb
1 SSD XPG gamming s11pro
A corsair cx550 psu
An Nvidia rtx 2060

I was trying everything for the first time but was not my first time re assembling my pc.
To clean it I used the special alcohol and a can of compressed air to dust everything, I didn't used a brush because I don't think I have an anti static one so I didn't risk it.
I tried to manage the components on top of a cardbox on my desk and tried to be very careful. When I tried to boot my pc it kept restarting and sometimes it would take me to my desktop just to restart again. After trying a couple of things (Change RAM slots, use one RAM, check the gpu again, reseting the bios with a screwdriver) nothing seems to work.
Now when I push the power button the pc starts to boot just at the initial screen then re-start when trying to POST and after that restart my fans would start spinning and I don't get any display nor my mouse or keyboard will work or turn on.
The RAMs are turned on (at least the rgb) and I am not getting any beep or light from my MOBO.
I am really getting desperate, worried and sad because I depend on my pc to get my income and also I do not want to feel I screwed up, the pc was a gift so yeah.
Hope someone could help me find a solution.

For the record, I checked the pins on the CPU and they were fine.

An interesting point - Did you let the fans spin while you used the compressed air?

There seem to be different points of view in this reddit discussion about potential damage caused by compressed air and fans acting as generators (back e.m.f.).

Does anyone have any experience of fans damaging motherboards if the blades spin up to high speed from a jet of compressed air?

Have you tried running the computer with the integrated GPU in the 5600G after unplugging the 2060 card? When you reset the BIOS, it sometimes changes the priority of the iGPU and PCIe GPU. If you can, check the GPU setting in the BIOS.

I tried to manage the components on top of a cardbox on my desk and tried to be very careful.

Did you remove the motherboard from the computer case when you were cleaning the PC, or just some of the smaller components, e.g. CPU, RAM, GPU, SSD?

I place the computer case and components on a large antistatic mat with a wrist strap when fixing PCs, to reduce the possibility of ESD damage.

The only time I change the thermal compound on a CPU is when I'm replacing the cooler. In some of my older systems, the original paste is still there after 5 to 10 years.

Similarly, I don't worry about small amounts of dust inside a case, but I do clean the mesh air filters on fan intakes when necessary.

Don't mess with things unnecessarily if they're working fine. Leave well alone.

I did try to run it with the integrated graphics, same results overall.

I did remove the MOBO from the case, yes,
Tbh I'm also just blaming my self for deciding to try and clean it or stuff like that.
