Pc not booting

my nephew has a windows 10 pc that i built for him, It was working fine and then it bluescreened and started to have problems. The error code was to do with the display drivers i fixed that and it was working. But now it wont boot at all?
Error code was: kmode_exception_not_handled (NTFS.sys)

It sounds like he got a virus. Can you boot up in safe mode?
