PC not detecting both drives

So I recently swapped over to an SSD from my mechanical drive. Windows has been passed over to my 250gb SSD without any issue. However, I notice that whenever I went to check windows explorer for my 1tb HD it wasn't showing up. What do I do to get Windows to detect my 1tb drive?

I already checked device manager and the drive is present there so I know that windows is detecting the drive

Yes, it does. I saw a solution saying I need to change the letter signature but the option is greyed out.

You need to Initialize, then New Simple Volume, Format, ans then give it a drive letter.
