[SOLVED] PC not detecting keyboard mouse and monitor

I have a problem. I startup my pc and my monitor, mouse, and keyboard don’t work.
Do you guys know a way to fix it? BTW my pc’s fans are spinning and all the leds and stuff work.

i didn't touch my PC since i made this post, and i tried to turn on my PC again and now its working fine for some reason.

Okay, I just got back from eating dinner and now my monitor is off and i have the same problem again...

CPU - Intel i3 8100
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 580
Motherboard - ASUS PRIME H310M AR 2.0
PSU - Thermaltake SMART SERIES Smart RBG 600W
RAM (2x8GB) - HyperX DDR4-2400 CL15 288 PIN UDIMM
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB
SSD - Kingston 240GB SSD

okay what fixed this problem for me: i took out the CMOS Battery from my motherboard, i waited 30 seconds and but it back in the slot (the + on the battery faces up ^).
Then i started my pc and it worked, now it will ask you to press F1 and boot your BIOS Settings, what you need to do is Reset it to default. now it should be fixed
atleast this is what it did for me
