PC not picking up headset after rebuild

Alright, I did a rebuild of my PC to transfer cases, I ran into some problems but I got it up and running, main problem now is that it just isn't picking up my headset. My headset is a steelseries siberia V2 and it plugs in using jacks... Help? Have I forgotten something? Sorry if i've done something really obvious and bad but keep in mind i'm fairly new to this so please don't be too harsh any suggestions?

Unplug the front audio connector. Do the rear jacks now work?

When you moved cases, did you screw in standoffs anywhere there is a mounting hole, and ONLY where there is such a mounting hole?
