Question PC not showing some USB devices

I really need help with this. Yesterday my PC stopped recognizing some USB devices (phone, PS4 controller), not as in "not recognized device" but they don't show at all.

The weird thing is, it WILL recognize my friend's PS4 controller and some other devices. Can anyone help me with this?

Motherboard: ASUS P5N-E SLI
CPU: C2Q Q6600 @ 2.4GHz
RAM: 8GB @800MHz
GPU: Gigabyte GT 1030 2GB OC
OS: Windows 10 1809 ver.
PSU: X-tech 600W

The devices that aren't recognized are a 1st gen. PS4 controller (just that one though) and my moto e5 play phone.

Edit: I tested the same devices at my friend's laptop, and they don't show up either.

First try the built in Windows 10 troubleshooters.

Then try updating the Windows 10 USB drivers.

Where can I find those drivers? Tried looking for them, but they won't appear at all.
