Hi , I'm really happy to be in this forum, but I'm having a really bad time now because I need to render some stuffs from work.

Long story short : I decide to update my pc build for working on 3D animation and gaming mostly.
So I just build a new pc.
here are my specs:

Intel I7 10700 2.9Ghz
Ram Ddr4 hyper x 3200 mhz
Motherboard asus rog strix b460 h gaming.
PSU evga 600w2
Western digital black Nvme ssd sn750 1 Tb
Evga rtx 2060 super.

All component are new and I just pulled out of the box.
Everything works great and my last piece just arrived, the graphics card, I plugged into the slot and connect the power cables tight.
As soon as I press the power button the fans on the case flashes once and pc don't turn on, the only that keeps on is the power Led and the logo of rog strix in the motherboard.
If I turn it on without the graphics card everything works good.
So far I've try :
Connecting graphics card to the second slot on the motherboard
Trying the second 6+2 connector from the psu.

Is there anything that I'm missing? Or anybody have ideas to proceed testing?
I'm in process of finding a second pc to test the graphics card in case of any factory issue with this card.
Also thank you for taking your time reading this post!

It sounds like a power issue. Evga W1 and W3 are very poor units but I don't know about W2.

Try the GPU in another system or try another reliable and quality PSU in yours.

I would suggest you return for a refund that psu and buy a quality unit of at least tier C if you are on a budget, tier B or above preferably, using this list as guide:

Thank you for your reply and help! I searching for someone with a pc where I can test the GPU.
About the Psu I'm going to check The list and try to get one of the mentioned to avoid any issue in general, I was experiencing another issue and I don't know if is also related to the PSU, when I use my I7 10700 for rendering, processor goes 100% of usage and my pc immediately shuts down, the only workaround so far to accomplish my work on time was to only enable in Bios 6 processor cores to render my 3D scenes.
If this problem could also be related to de PSU then I should hurry in get a new one I guess.
Thank you again for your reply, if I get this solved I will update here in case anybody has the same issues.

Hi bKst.

Could be an overheating issue. It's normal for your CPU to go to 100% while rendering but the shut down isn't. CPU or GPU overheating or your PSU.

Temperature of your CPU and GPU at idle and before the shutdown?

Hi Nemesia, thank you for your reply and your help!
Yes! I was really used to work and live with and old I7 3th Gen and never have problem with it at 100% at rendering.
CPU temperature Idle is between 38 - 40° with all cores enable.
Right now I just enable 6 cores because I'm rendering some work and it's on 53° with the fan profile at "turbo" because I was afraid of any overheated problem.
I don't have GPU temperature because of the initial problem of this thread, as soon as I connect the GPU and turn on the pc, case fans flash the lights and shuts down immediately.
