[SOLVED] Pc only goes into post, then shutoff

Asrock b450 steel legend shutdown post bios. So I've been trying to reset the bios using a screwdriver on the jumper pin, because I'm too lazy to remove the cmos battery. But I did it when the pc start on booting. It shut off as usual and start to post, but after that it shut off and goes repeat.

1. Tried to change ram into different seat
2. Reseat CPU back
3. Removing power and mobo connector, cmos, and power plug for 1 hour, then re plugging it

Still the same. I can go to post screen but cannot go into bios menu, and other menu like boot menu option.
What do I need to do?
Mobo: asrock b450 steel legend
Cpu: amd ryzen 3 2200g
Gpu: rx 580 4gb
Ram: corsair vengeance rgb pro 16gb 3200
Psu: enlight bronze 500w
