Solution
Run memtest86 or memtest86+
They boot from a usb stick and do not use windows.
You can download them here:
If you can run a full pass with NO errors, your ram should be ok.

Your motherboard manual will tell you where to install a single stick of ram.
Test each stick singly in that slot to prove that the ram is sound. Corsair would require you to do this anyway for a rma.
If each is sound, populate the two slots recommended by the user manual and test.
From your experience, this will fail.

Are both sticks from a single matched kit?
If not, that could be your problem.
Do they both work if you revert back to a HDD?

Sounds like your ram is defective.
No idea why it happened after the ssd change.
Contact Corsair about a rma. Your ram will have a lifetime warranty.

Is your motherboard bios current?
Many updates will be ram compatibility related.

Is your ram on the motherboard supported list, or is it explicitly supported by Corsair.
Ryzen is tightly connected to ram and is finicky on that score.

Thank you soooo much for all your help, i tried to put the XMP profile on default with one stick, and again to the other one, i was surprised but, it booted to both of them after doing this. I'll test the ram anyways to see if there's a problem.
