Pc overheating plus noises

A few issues with my PC.
1. Overheats (despite cleaning and thermal paste)
2. loud vibration and ticking sound (happening since I made the PC)
3. Cant feel air from back fan.
4. Can't play games on higher settings as temps will reach 80.
5. Idle temp=20-45c

It really would help to know what your system is comprised of like:

Case
Fans
CPU
Motherboard
CPU Cooler

Where is the vibration/ticking sound coming from? When you say no air coming out of the rear fan, how fast is it spinning?
