I have a Sonic 1000W FOCUS GX PSU + B450M-PRO S AMD AM4

Problem: I'm running into the following - my PC's power button does not work unless I press it within the first few seconds of turning on the PSU from the back [I/O button].

Tried:

- Changing/switching the front panel connectors [no change]

- Clearing CMOS/Removing Battery [no change]

- Powering without GPU/RAM/SSD [no change]

The computer works fine otherwise. Curious to hear possible solutions.

Thank you ahead of time!

There is no need to switch off the PSU rocker switch unless you are going to open the PC case for upgrading, cleaning or repairs.

I agree, but the computer does not turn on unless I switch it off and back on. Within the first few seconds of the Motherboard receiving power, I need to press the Power Button on the case. That's the root of the issue
