Question PC powered on but showing a black screen ?

Hi everyone. I was really worried about my computer not being able to show anything but still powers on.The computer was in sleep mode and I clicked the mouse button to wake it up but it shut off completely. I have tried changing the CMOS and the RAM but still nothing. The PC powers on but doesn't show the Windows logo or anything. It just shows an empty screen. I can't even boot to the BIOS.

I was wondering if someone could help me with this? Thank you.

It's a Samsung DP700A7D-X01AUS all- in-one. The internals are very similar to those of a laptop.

Specs:
CPU: Intel core i7 3770T
GPU: AMD HD 7850M
RAM: 8GB Dual channel SODIM
PSU: 230 watt Samsung power supply

There is a laptop trick of unplugging the power supply (remove the battery, not applicable here) and then hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Then plug your computer back in and try to boot it up.

I have tried this 2 times but still nothing. I think it's either the mobo or the SSD failing due to sudden power loss.

Too bad. Like most laptops, many all in one computer hardware problems pretty much does them in; classic Thinkpads excluded. Could also be a Power supply failure. You might want to disconnect the hard drive and see if the bios posts.
