Question PC powered on but showing black screen.

Hi everyone. I was really worried about my computer not being able to show anything but still powers on.The computer was in sleep mode and I clicked the mouse button to wake it up but it shut off completely. I have tried changing the CMOS and the RAM but still nothing. The PC powers on but doesn't show the windows logo or anything. It just shows an empty screen. I can't even boot the BIOS. Was wondering if someone could help me with this? Thank you.

It's an All in one. The internals are very similar to those of a laptop. The model number is dp700a7d-X01AUS.
Specs:
CPU: Intel core i7 3770T
GPU: AMD HD 7850M
RAM: 8GB Dual channel SODIM
PSU: 230 watt Samsung power supply
