PC Powering off immediately?

So my PC a few weeks ago would power off immediately. Took it to a specialist and they rescrewed everything in place even though i already did, and they concluded the CPU was overheating immediately and powering off becuase the heatsync wasnt screwed on correctly. They fixed it and for a few weeks my PC was fine. I havent touched it and now its doing it again. I checked the screws and the placement of components, the heatsync is screwed on as tight as possible (hyper 212 evo), however, it is able to slightly rotate if you twist it which i discovered. Its only able to rotate a few degrees, not sure if this is common or not. Its on tight and the fan works, however the problem still persists. The longer you leave the PC before powering on again, the longer it stays on which tells me the CPU is having a chance to cool down before it overheats again. What should I do?

it would idle at like 35 which is completely normal, then randomly power off, tbh it could just spike extremely fast and power off before I have a chance to see but always would be 35 idling then just turn off
