PC Problem - Not starting up

Up until recently my PC has been working fine, then I went to upgrade the RAM and when I changed a setting in the BIOS, all of a sudden my PC acts as normal and then shuts down after a minute, I'm not getting any picture. I tried swapping to my old RAM, that's not working, I've tried reseting the CMOS, also not working. I'm not getting any beeps as well.

Corsair dominator platinum 64gb 4 x 8gb 2666mhz (new) (I know about the frequency different and how this won't work properly on my pc, it is being returned)

EVGA - SuperNOVA NEX 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Before trying to upgrade my RAM everything has been working perfectly since September 2015

How did you do the clear cmos?

Was the Brass in the RAM clean ? Try rubbing the golden part with an eraser to remove all dust and other particles and then try again.
