Question Pc problem

Hello everyone, recently my pc starts getting issues.After opening my pc it runs smoothly on 1 hz(Microsoft basic adapter driver) but whenever I try to install GPU deiver it goes black won't come back...sometimes it comes back but display goes on and off randomly....sometimes resolution gets automatically changed..my hdmi showing vga .....I have tried installing using safe boot still the same problem.i can't find where is the issue if u can help...thnk uuu....
