This is going to be long winded, so sorry for the lengthy read. I am having
some issues with my PC, first off I changed my drive from FAT32 to NTSF.
After the change, which I hadn't noticed for a while, my system restore
would not work.

In My Computer > Properties, there is no check in the "turn
off system restore". Under the Services tab in the Administrative Tools it
says that it is stopped, when I hit start it gives me an error stating
"Could not start System Restore Service service on local computer" "Error
1359: An internal error occurred" That is the first issue.

The next issue is that I downloaded some software that I probably shouldn't
have, I ran into some problems with it so I uninstalled it and ran all of my
stuff( Spybot, AVG, Bazooka, AdAware) to see if it left some stuff behind
(Bazooka detected B3D Projector and Winpup) which I tried to get rid of by
using the procedure they suggested but what I was supposed to delete was not
in the registry.

When I try to run Nero, the PC reboots. I have absolutely no clue. I
uninstalled and reinstalled Nero but to no avail. There is another program I
have called TuneUp Utilities. I can run all of the options, but when I try
and use the "TuneUp System Optimizer" option the system also reboots.

I'm not sure what the connection is, but it is odd. I either don't have or
can't
find my XP disc, the computer came preloaded so I'm not sure if I even got
one, so I can't backup everything and start form scratch. Does anybody have
any suggestions? Thanks for your time.

Do you have a literature that came with your pc. It will mention procedures
to install windows xp. Hopefully it has procedure to restore your windows xp
from your hard disk. Refer to that documentation.
