Question Pc random no posts

My motherboard is a b450m d3sh. It will run fine when it does post but more times then not it doesn't post. On the rare occasion it does successfully post when I restart it goes back to not posting again. Has anyone experienced this?

It's a b450m with a rtx 1660 it has a ryzen processor I belive it's a ryzen 3500. 500 watt powersupply
