Question Pc random Restart itself

Whenever I'm watching something the screen just goes black and the pc restarts itself. It never happends when I'm playing a game, only when watching something or a discord call or whatsoever. I already tried a lot and it's driving me crazy. Already did a clean install and turned off the windows update (we thought it was a software problem) it was good for two days maybe and then it happened again.

These are my specs:

Memory:
16gb
Graphic Card:
amd radeon rx 580
PSU:
be quiet! System Power 9 600W

When you say you did a clean install are you meaning Windows? What version? Have you ever cleaned your browser cache? OH! Twitch has their own app... Reinstalling that... Tonnes of possibilities browser, maybe try a different browser... Operating system? General system settings such as page file, etc.. More info on what with what and how.... Technically speaking connection speed is a big thing, but with your issue I would think its either a browser issue or software issue or there's a remote possibility could be hardware...
