Question PC randomly closes games, occasionally crashes and restarts.

My pre-built PC has been having a few issues over the last two months. I ordered a new set of ram, 2 sticks of 32gb, which 4x my previous set of ram alongside having faster speeds. It was then, after putting in the new ram, my PC began to have issues. While it's solved now, my CPU began to overheat (although I think this was due to my cooler giving its last hurrah, as it was a terrible Intel fan that came with it), which I solved by getting new thermal paste and eventually a brand new cooler. Since then, crashes have still happened, albeit less frequent. Only on 'intensive' games does it crash, but I genuinely have no clue why. I've tracked temps during the crashes, nothing above mid 70s. I've ran multiple scans throughout my pc, because at first I had chalked it up to drive failure or malware, both of which were negative in my pc. I've updated all my drivers and still, nothing. The only thing that I can think of is my PSU doesn't apply enough wattage, but the problem is plugging it into a PSU calc, specifically Newegg's, nets me around what my PSU supplies, so the only way it could be a wattage issue would be if it was going single digit watts overboard, but I have no way to test that. I've come to ask if there is anything else I can check/test before I purchase a new PSU. PC Specs are listed below.

**I realize I forgot to mention, the core of my issues is randomly, mid-game, the game will be closed out, forcing me to re-open it. On the rare occasion, it even crashes (which I'm not entirely sure why it sometimes crashes my whole PC, but it's worth noting that typically this happens after a couple game crashes or so.)

Current PC specs

CPU: i7 11700F
GPU: RTX 3060 (8GB)
RAM: now, 64gb at 3200.
Amount of SSDs: 2 m.2 drives, one of which is my boot drive (500GB) and the other is my general drive (2TB)
PSU: not sure of the name, I just know it's 600W because of the specifications listed online
New CPU Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock 2

if there's anything I haven't listed just ask and I can find it for you.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

We'll need to know the make and model of the PSU as well as it's age, 600W is the advertised wattage of the unit. Take both side panels off the case and then look at the PSU's stickered portion.

RAM: now, 64gb at 3200.
Got a link to the ram you're working with? If you added ram since you'd purchased the build, you might want to include the difference in their purchasing time.

Make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for your motherboard?

Motherboard: GIGABYTE B560 DS3H AC-Y1, BIOS version F4
the PSU is in a really awkward spot, as the case makes it so i would have to unscrew it to see anything about it... so i'll have to get to it some other time as i can't right now. the ram is Crucial Pro 64gb.

appreciate the reply!
