Question PC randomly freezes and restarts ?

So my pc has been with me for a while and it has suddenly started freezing and restarting.

I first stopped the restarting thinking it would fix itself if it didnt restart but it now needs me to manually restart from the power button, I've tried everything online but nothing seems to fix it.

Sometimes it's a BSOD, sometimes it just crashes and freezes.

Am not a tech person really, I am on a bootcamped imac.

I do have similar issue, was playing cs1.6 and suddenly it froze, my keyboard and mouse stopped responding, i had to manually unplug the power cable and turn it back on. Sometime it freeze in windows loading screen sometimes it freeze when i browse, or watch movie etc... been having this issue for more than 2 weeks now. I have updated windows and even clean installed it and still it happens. If you found any solution please let me know.
