I built my pc about 6 months ago and never had any issues with it until recently. I can't truly remember but I think it started after installing Windows 11. Just as the title says, the pc will randomly freeze (both monitors) while playing games and/or watching Twitch on the other monitor. Usually seems to happen during a long day of being on the pc. Can't do anything on desktop and keyboard is unresponsive, I just have to hard reset and hold power button until it turns off and turn it back on. I've tried to reproduce it but there is no rhyme or reason as to when it happens it seems. I've stress tested all hardware and temps seem fine on everything. I'm not sure where to begin diagnosing the issue, can anyone help? Here are pc specs --
Intel i5-12400 with a Deepcool AG400 air cooler
AMD radeon 6650xt
Western Digital 500gb WD blue SN570
WD_Black 1 tb SN850X M.2
32 gb corsair vengeance pro ddr4 (4 sticks of 8)
Antec NX410 Mid Tower Case
MSI - PRO Z690-A
NZXT C750 PSU 80+ Gold
Windows 11

So you performed an internal upgrade for Windows 11 by going from Windows 10 through to Windows 11? If so, you're advised to reinstall Windows 11 after you've created the bootable USB installer using Windows Media Creation Tools.

BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time? You might want to run WD's SSD's utility and see if there are any firmware updates pending.

Hey thanks so much for your reply. So I’ve tried a few things at this point. I updated bios, verified both WD SSDs are updated, and the pc was still crashing so I went ahead and did a fresh install of windows 11. I played around for a few days and thought that solved the issue but unfortunately it’s now happening again. Temps on all components still seem fine. Any other suggestions? :/
