PC Randomly Freezes

When ever I’m playing a game or watching a YouTube video my computer randomly feezes at least once a day.

Specs:
CPU: FX 6300 Stock speeds
Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo
Graphics Card: MSI R7 370 4G
Ram: 8GBs of Crucial Balistics
Motherboard: MSI Gaming 970
HDD: Seagate 1TB
SSD: Kingston A400 120GB

Side Note
Nothing is going to 100% in task manger and I have to hold down my power button to get my computer starting again.

Can you give a list of specs. Also try opening task manager and see what's being used when it freezes. For example if your disk usage is very high then it might be a sign your HDD is dying.
