Question PC Randomly Freezes

I recently had opened my pc up to clean out the dust out of the fans. I didn't really touch any circuitry or to stay clear of ESD.

On reassembling it, the PC now will randomly freeze, doesn't really matter what I'm doing.

I ran hardware tests: OCCT and Prime95 separately. The PC will consistently freeze when running Prime95 or OCCT CPU test.

The only problem is that I'm not sure if replacing the CPU will guaranteed solve this problem because it could be the motherboard or any other component like the PSU or GPU.

GTX 1060 6GB
32GB Ram
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Asus ROG Strix b450i

Another thing it has been doing upon hard resetting the computer: Turns on for a second and then turns off and then on again, then wont post till maybe thirty seconds after a black screen. Wont even show the Asus logo.
