[SOLVED] PC Randomly Restarts

Ever since I installed my i7-7700k and Hyper 212 EVO every once in a while my PC will restart. It mostly happens when im in Premiere Pro but it will also restart from simple actions. The screen goes black, and it starts back up. Strangely, this doesn't happen while I am gaming. I have also noticed that basically whenever I do any action on the PC my EVO will go real loud for a second and the CPU Temp will spike. I am thinking it's either 3 things, my PSU, Case and airflow, or maybe I didn't install the cooler right, however I made sure I put an adequate amount of that heatsink stuff (forgot what it was called) and I also installed it twice to make sure I had it on right. If anyone can help me that would be great!

Purchased a new PSU, will keep you people who have the same problem up to date.

Installed my new 650w PSU, and so far I am having no more restarts. I'm assuming this fixed the problem. Will tell if it starts happening again.

Do you have like random black screen and then it restarts (BIOS text, motherboard mark etc...)then you need to login again and then you are on your desktop? This is problem that i have but i dont know what to do...
