[SOLVED] PC randomly shuts down and won't turn on anymore

My PC randomly shut down while I was browsing and won't turn on anymore. When it shut down I could hear some buzzing sound coming out of the PC. Before it shut down, PC randomly restarted two times. This happened when I was on desktop. I never had any problems until this happened. I can play games without any problems. Only thing I noticed is that PC case gets really hot when gaming, but GPU temperature doesn't go beyond 60 degrees, and CPU is around 70 degrees.

Yes it smells oddly enough. I've managed to get it working somehow and its smell resembles cigarettes lol. I'll replace it as soon as possible. Thank you.
