Question PC randomly shuts down when playing a very light game ?

Hi, whenever I play a light game like roblox, my pc randomly shuts down and then turns on back again. Most of the time there's a BSOD with the error THREAD_STUCK_DEVICE_DRIVER. I have reinstalled every driver I cold find, used DDU to reinstall my graphics drivers and even reinstalled windows from a flash drive. It sometimes also happens when i stream multiple videos at once. I also ran an AIDA64 stress test and it reached 6 hours before throttling. I really need help. My specs are below.

CPU:Ryzen 3200G with integrated Vega 8 integrated graphics
MOTHERBOARD:AsRock a320M- HDV 4.0
PSU:Antec 500w 80 plus bronze
RAM:Crucial 8gb 2666mhz
STORAGE: 1TB WD blue hard drive for storing older games and files I rarely access and a Crucial p1 m.2 2280 512 gb as main boot drive

Look for an updated bios for your motherboard

Look for an updated bios for your motherboard

This is the current bios installed, checked asrock website and found there is no bios newer than this one.

Please help me as my exams are coming and I have a lot of computer assignments pending because of this.

Run memtest86 to check the memory for errors

Can you try it with a different power supply? Borrow one maybe?

Try disabling PBO in bios if it's on.
