Hello guys!
So I have been having this issue for a while now, and I really cannot find any solution to this. My Computer decides to shutdown when playing, mostly when playing high demanding games, but this does not happen all the time. There are times where I can play for days the whole day straight, and nothing happens. There are other days, where about ten minutes after starting the game, my computer decides to reboot.
At first I thought it could be something related to overheating, but I think it is safe to say that is not the problem. First I thought it was the CPU overheating, but I bought a new cooler for it a few months ago.
I have been monitoring the temperatures when gaming, and CPU gets around 45C°, sometimes peeking to 50C° but never more than that. GPU stay at around 55-60C°, and I am using MSI After burner to make the fans run faster.
I thought about the PSU maybe, might be some shortage on voltages, but I cannot explain why it just happens occasionally, and not every time I game.
As I said, this does not always happen, some days it decides to shut down, but then I have a week of playing with no issues, and at this point it is getting kind of frustrating because I have no clue what it could be.
Intel Core i5-4460
