Question Pc randomly turning off

My PC has been randomly turning itself off, at first I thought it was the wiring in my house being shitty cause whenever the oven or a vacuum cleaner and similar appliances were being used, it would turn off. I have moved but the problem is still happening, the screen just goes black but the lights and fans in the pc stay on. Tried a ups and it didn't work and just recently cleaned all the dust out so dont think it's a overheating problem.

AMD FX 4350 Quad Processor
Radeon RX 450 Graphics Card
ZM500-GV PSU

Ok... That's not your PC turning itself off. If the PC was turning itself off, it would turn off. What you're describing is your PC locking up and the problem could be anything.
