Question PC randomly turns off, restarts, no video input

Hello everyone!

So I have been having some trouble lately with my computer, especially while playing video games.
My computer keeps randomly turning off every couple of days while I'm playing games, then turns back on. I thought it was a PSU problem but here's the other part: Once it turns back on my screens get no video input. I have to completely turn off the PC, wait for about an hour and then turn it back on for it to work perfectly again. Some of my friends suggested the PSU wearing down my other components and that's why I get no video input, others suggested the lack of RAM. The games that I've had this problem with was mostly Cuisine Royale/CRSED and I looked it up and it did cause some people's computers to crash however it happened to me yesterday while playing Battlefield 1 as well. What could cause the problem?

Specs:
i5-4460 CPU
Gigabyte H81-M motherboard
8GB 1600Mhz RAM
Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB GPU
2TB HDD
500W Corsair Power Supply

I suppose some of my components are pretty old and are due an upgrade. Thanks for your help in advance!

Unfortunately I don't quite remember. It's an older model bought around 2015-2016. Could be a CX Grey. I know it has 80+ Bronze rating. I can't check the label as it's covered by my PC case and opening it up still has components obstructing it.
