Pc reboots and crashes while playing games HELP

So I built a new computer downloaded some games like battlegrounds h1z1, when I play the games I can play for about 30-45 minutes and then my Pc reboots, monitor goes unresponsive and my fans go turbo. Sometimes I can play for longer periods of times but when I ult + tab or close the game my Pc reboots and fans go turbo. Please help.

BTW all Temps stay between 30-50 degrees Celsius

Pc specs -
cpu - ryzen 5 1500x
Gpu- zotac gtx 1060 6gb mini
ram - team elite plus 8gb ddr4 2400mhz
MOBO - asrock ab350m pro (UEFI IS AT UPDATE 3.00)
Hardrive - WD blue 1tb
Psu - 500w evga

You should check bios temps as HWinfo doesnt show correctly. What does HWmonitor say? If its correct then touch the sink for the VRM's as 99c is way to high. If the sink is very hot then you may need to RMA the motherboard. Below is an example picture with the VRM's outlined in red.

I just touched it its warm but not 100 degrees and hwinfo shows the vrms at 96 degrees locked from the time I start my pc to whenever.

Ok yes if it was 99c it would have burned you so HWinfo must be wrong. Does games still crashing the system after the changes?

Yes unfortunatly, I am going to get a flash drive tomorrow and update the bios to 3.00

Ok so I updated bios to 3.00 and the problem has changed my computer still crashes but this time my audio and speakers still work and i can speak with my friends, fans still go turbo and this time the game h1z1 gave me an error code. screen still goes unresponsive.

Ok rerun furmark from my first post but this time let it run lower for a torture test. Let it run an hour and if it crashes its the video card most likely with a small chance of PSU issue.

I ran furmark for an hour and 5 miniutes it ran fine at 73 fps and average gpu temp of 68 degrees no crashes.

Only thing you havent tried hardware wise is differant SATA cables and motherboard SATA ports for your HD. I guess do that and if the games still crash the system I suggest you do a clean reinstalling of windows. Remake the install USB using Microsofts creation tool.

how exactly do i reinstall should i download the tool and click repair windows or download the 1indows 10 iso on a usb and delete my current windows? how exactly would i do all this?

The creation tool does it all. You just have insert your USB and select USB instead of CD. Make sure you link your windows to your MS account. Then all you have to do is log in to activate the reinstall. In the link will show you how.

I do not have a windows activitaion key im using the trial for now so I kind of confused on how I should reinstall. Should I go in bios and do the same thing I did and change my operating system to the new iso i downloaded?

O well just reinstall and dont activate for the trail. That should get you the newest version installed. In bios make sure the boot drive is set to AHCI. Then restart to install at boot use the function key to bring up boot menu. Select the USB and just follow windows install instructions.

so its the same process i do not need to delete anything before going straight to bios and useing the boot menu to redownload windows.

Yup but if your last install didn't have the boot device set to AHCI do so. AHCI is a better performance setting for the boot drive. See the boot option 2 in the image.

your sure its the same process i did the first time like it wont download 2 windows 10s somehow?

as in you need to run it with a computer with full licenced windows 10?

and will all my drivers be deleted?
