PC restarts after boot screen

Hello.
I have a problem, that i can't solve on my own so maybe someone can help.
My pc keeps restarting after the windows boot logo screen. Software should be okay, beacause i put my HDD in another system and it worked just fine. Could it be any of the components? Got my Mobo and RAM RMAd and replaced for a new one, but it didn't solve the problem. PSU should be okay, beacause it got load tested for 1 hr and worked flawlessly. Could it be the GPU or CPU? Those are the only components i'm not sure of (but GPU worked fine in another system). Maybe RAM (although it was replaced)?
I'm really desperate, so someone please help me. I've messed with this problem for 4 months, but nothing seems to work 🙁

System specs:
CPU: AMD FX 6100
GPU: MSI Radeon HD7770 power edition
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
RAM: Corsair vengeance 2x4GB 1600mhz
PSU: FSP Raider 550W
HDD: WD caviar blue 500GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Your system probably restarts because an error 0x0000007b is detected. Check the SATA controller mode; if it's set to AHCI, then set it to IDE.

I can't check my SATA mode beacause i tried to boot from my laptop HDD and it took some time to load, but eventually booted and worked. Then i tried another HDD, but this time my pc only turned on for about 5 seconds and then turned off. I checked my connections and tried again. Then it worked for a second or two and turned off and now my pc turns off after 2 seconds with any HDD :/

Why are you booting from the laptop when you reported an issue with a desktop? You don't need a hard disk to check the BIOS configuration. If you don't connect any SATA device, does the system POST and stay powered up? If not, remove the GPU to see if it helps. Ideally you would have another video card to test; even an old PCI video card should work and you can probably find one for free.

The system doesent POST with or without SATA devices, but if i remove the GPU it stays powered up. I dont have another video card to test, but i'm looking for it.

Oops i misclicked the solution button 😛 but anyway it's a long story.
The system did work before.
When i built my pc it worked for about three months and then i started getting blue screens. After some testing, it turned out, that one of the RAM sticks was defective, so i got it RMAd. Then my pc worked again for a week and then it started restarting randomly without a warning. Eventually the problem got worse until i got stuck on this boot logo screen restart loop. My friend said, that maybe the faulty memory screwed up my OS so i got it reinstalled. Then the pc worked for some days and then started restarting whenever i tried to run a bame, but worked, when i was surfing the web. I thought that my northbridge was overheating and causing the problem, beacause it got burning hot and i couldn't even touch it. I replaced the thermal paste. Ok it worked for a day or two and then i got this restart loop on system boot again. I tested my PSU to see if maybe it was failing. Then the problem dissapeared without a trace for about a week. I already thought that ok this is really weird, but my system is working again, but no. Then the problem started again. Someone told me it could be the motherboard so i got it RMAd. That didn't work too. Same problem from the first boot with my new mobo. And now it just turns off right after i turn it on.

I unselected the solution as that was a mistake. Try a different GPU and if that doesn't help, test the motherboard outside of the case with only the required components.

Ok i got my friends' GPU. The system booted and got past the windows logo screen and then a blue screen appeared for about 1/4 seconds and then it restarted. Then i tried with another HDD, but same problem. Then i put my own GPU back and it didnt turn off after 2 seconds, but booted just like with my friends GPU, and again that blue screen appeared and the pc restarted. I dont get it.

And i forgot to mention that i also tested the system outside of the case, but then it restarted after windows load screen and the next i turned it on it turned off after i turned it on. Same results with my friends' GPU. Then i put the mobo back into the cas and same thing again. No matter what GPU i use. System stays on withot the GPU. I just can't understand. First time i tested with my friends GPU it got past windows load screen, but then restarted and now it just turns off after 2 seconds.

Yeah, but then i have to borrow my friends' PSU. I dont have one with 6+2 pin for the GPU. I'll test it tomorrow.

Sorry for the wait. Anyways i tried my friends' PSU and it got to windows load screen and restarted after that (not immediately. After adout 7 seconds when loading windows). It was just like with the other GPU, but without that blue screen flash. Then i put my own PSU back and it turned on, i got the beep but no BIOS flash screen and then the pc restarted. Then i wnent to my place and tried my PSU and GPU in his system and it worked just fine.

Yeah, i got a new one ( originally had 970A-UD3, but i guess they dont make these anymore or sth, so they gave me a 970A-UD3P)

Well i can't try UBCD. The system wont stay on again :/

At this point I'd seriously consider getting it fixed by a competent shop. You can't buy another CPU and motherboard just to determine which one is bad. You already determined the PSU and GPU are fine, the hard disk is not causing the issue because the system still shuts down when it's completely disconnected (power and SATA), the PSU, GPU and memory modules seem to be fine, etc. So far that leaves the CPU, motherboard and DVD drive (if you have one). If it won't stay powered up when only the CPU, motherboard, GPU and PSU (no hard disk, keyboard, mouse, front panel connectors, DVD or anything else should be connected) are used outside of the case, then that leaves very few possibilities.
