While I was using ubuntu my pc sometimes restarted and then I switched back to Windows 10. However, even Windows 10 was restarting and the UI glitched after the creators update and not to mention how dufficult it was to update. But in order not to restart while using it every time I turned on my PC I ran memtest86. No errors... So I installed Windows 7 on my other drive(actually 2copies of Windows7) and it was still restarting. Running the Windows memory test of course gabe no erors and the PC wasn't restarting afterwards. Recently I have been getting messages that I have memory problems after Windows loads and I've also seen some messages that Windows doesn't recognize the signature of somefiles (even the ones from the boot folder). I have tried running avast scans but it takes FOREVER with my 3TB of files. I let it run for 2 days and it said that there weren't any viruses at the time so what could possibly cause this strange behaviour

No Idea man sometimes computers behave really strange. That is why I have added even the motherboard to the mix. In such situations best solution is to do trial and error testing. I suggested power supply first because if that is at the fault there are chances that it can blow something up in your system. So, when there are such strange behaviors best is to test them first if possible. Also it is easy to plug another one into the system, so a good starting point anytime.

Hope your problems get solved with this tips. Do let us know what happens as even I...

Seems more of a motherboard or PSU issue. If it was a memory issue memtest would have caught it easily. Also you tried booting two different HDD to get same problem. So motherboard or PSU should be the culprit over here.
Try and test your PC with some other PSU first. If it still doesn't work, then its the motherboard. Still get the board tested at a friends place or somewhere before you buy a new one or get it repaired.

Also I forgot to mention that my PC starts beeping while it's running and everything freezes. Sometimes it stops by itself but sometimes I have to restart it. It sometimes even starts beeping and freezes during boot just before it says that it has recognized my hard drive

It surely sounds like lose connections or a bad mobo/PSU. Have you tried running with another powesupply? If still the problem persists then it mostly is the motherboard and you need to test it using other components from you friends PC.
Hope this reply helps...
