PC restarts by itself

Hello,
I have a problem with my PC - it restarts the same exact second I start GPU stress test using FurMark. The screen goes black, there's no sound, no message and my pc just starts to boot. Same problem also occurs when launching games, for example, I cannot get into the main menu of Dying Light, because my computer just restarts itself. I thought it may be PSU-oriented problem, but when I switched mine with a brand new one it turned out to be even worse. Computer was so unstable it couldn't even boot up properly, and it finally booted up after like 14th try, but then it restarted again out of blue. I've reinstalled my operating system, but the problem still persists. I've stress-tested my CPU with prime95 and nothing happened.
One day I even tried to unplug everything in my PC case, so I could find a faulty component. The only thing that was plugged mobo(obviously), CPU, hard drive disc and one stick of RAM(which I got three sticks total and none was working). I did that with that new PSU.
Everything was running fine for almost 1,5 year. Have you got any solutions?

My specs:
ASrock z77 extreme4 motherboard
i5-3570k processor
AMD R9 270 2GB GPU
12GB(3x4GB) DDR3 Crucial ballistix 1600MHz CL8 RAM
1TB 7200RPM HDD
1TB 5200RPM HDD
Cooler Master G550M 550W PSU

That mentioned brand new PSU: SilentiumPC Vero M1 600W 80Plus

Look closely at the caps on your motherboard and see if any is popped or damaged.

Thank you for your response.
I did look at all the capacitors on my motherboard and none of them was either damaged or popped.
I even touched them with my bare finger to make sure.

Thank you for your response.
I had that option enabled and after I disabled it FurMark ran for like 10 minutes and then my computer restarted.
I tried to do the test one more time, but this time my pc restarted as nothing has changed at all.

Do you have another know working system to test your GPU? If the problem goes with the GPU then your card is bad.

I switched my Radeon R9 270 with NVIDIA GTX 260. I also did uninstall and reinsall drivers. The situation is still the same - at the exact moment when I launch stress-test in FurMark, my monitor screen goes black and PC proceeds to restart.

Then it could be a power issue with the cards being starved of AMPs. Try setting your windows power management from balanced to high performance. If that doesn't work pull the card and blow out the dust with compressed air.

I suggest you then use memtest86 to check your RAM.

I did everything you said and there's still the same problem.

I updated my UEFI some time ago and it's still up to date.

So I did a long, fix all test, and those are the results:

P.S. Sorry it took that long, school took my free time.

I took out that HDD, and I ran FurMark. The problem still persists - black screen, the PC just reboots itself.

I can plug my PSU to my old PC, but it's too old for my GPU, however I switched my R9 270 with NVIDIA GTX 260, and FurMark was still rebooting my PC.

I plugged my old PC to that Cooler Master G550M, and the result is: Furmark test restarts PC.
After plugging it back to its 400W PSU, Furmark causes no problems.

It seems like it's a PSU problem, like farmerking suggested.
However, is 400W PSU strong enough to put it in my current PC?

Do you think that underclocking my GPU, 50MHz from clock and the memory is a good idea, to make it more safe?
