PC Restarts Every time power's in or out despite UPS while no other gadget does(TV Etc,.) I do have an extra small ups for pc, nothing different on the use. AMD FX 6350 Processor,Kingston Fury X 8GB RAM,GA78LMT-USB3 MB,Enter 500W SMP.

UPS usually have a software, like "PowerChute", where you can set up how the computer behaves when the power is out or on. Check if that is available.

If not, your UPS might not be able to handle the Watts burst. The 6350 uses a lot of electricity, small UPS might not have the required juice to instantly cover the drop.
