Solution
Welcome to the forums.
my thoughts are the GPU is drawing more power than the PSU can provide, voltage drops and the system restarts.
my suggestion is to try a new PSU first, if the same try a new GPU.
do you have access to another computer you could play swapsies? trade out the GPOU PSUfor testing, then if needed the GPU. in 15 minutes you'll know if its the power supply, my thoughts, or the GPU, also a possibility.
You don't need to run tests OR run HWinfo to know that unit is a piece of crap. ANY time the 3v rail is more capable than the 12v rail, it's a piece of crap. Not only that, but I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that the 80plus rating on their is fake as well. So is the unit I'm quite sure. No search of web results or images comes up with anything like that unit or that model, and it would, if it was an actual HP power supply unit unless it was REALLY damn old. Like from the very early 90's.

Replace it immediately. No question, that unit is a problem. It might not be ALL of the problem, but it is A problem and the chances are good that it IS all of the problem.

The fact that it worked previously doesn't mean much. The power draw of the graphics card in use was likely enough to put it over the edge.

I would definatly like to know the results after you change the PSU :). I was recently having major issues with my system on multiple fronts and a PSU change fixed it all so it definitely opened my eyes what a bad psu can do. (freezing, rebooting and randomly shutting down, loud strange noises from the hard drives etc)

Gah, split rail..22 amps on each.

Only supplies 264 watts.

You need single rail Power supply.

160w on 5v..yikes.

With your CPU and GPU running..it's going to reboot.

You need a new single-rail power supply.

unfortunately when i was buying the whole twr i was know nothing about the V and the A rails all that i knew and interested about is the watts.. sad

i have an option for a new case Thermaltake v200 but not rgb edition with the powersupply itself thermaltake 500w
Can you take a pic of the side like you did with your power supply? What model is it?
Idk the exchange rate..
Is this or this affordable?

I am looking here:

yea i can afford those but which is better in those seasonic or the thermaltake?
and r u sure they will work on my motherboard because its not atx its sff

The Seasonic S12II is the better unit between those two BUT it is a group regulated unit and does not conform to the low power C6 and C7 C-states that your Haswell processor requires. It can still be used though, however you will need to go into the BIOS and disable the C6 and C7 low power states to avoid having any problems. It would also be wise if you are running Windows 8.1 or 10 that you also disable hibernation. You can find instructions easily for disabling hibernation by googling it.

Sleep functions will still work fine with hibernation disabled. I disable it on most systems anyhow because it generally causes more problems than anything. That Smart Series Thermaltake unit is not particularly good. In fact, it's rather poor quality.

I have to do these steps after i change my powersupply alright?
And is my motherboard will support any powersupply with the converter 24 pin to 6 pin main connector?

Jon Gerow says those units are complete garbage. I would highly recommend that you avoid them, and the entire Hyper lineup from FSP.
