Question Pc restarts without any warning

In my case ,pc runs fine for few minutes and then it restarts without a warning message i thought it was ups problem so that i gave direct power to the cpu even though it restarts .

My specs :
Processor : AMD fx6390
Mobo : asus m5a97r2.0
SSD: Kingston 120gb
Hdd :2 x 500 gb
GPU : asus 1050ti ( single fan)
PSU : Corsair vs-550 watts

What RAM do you also have?

Have you monitored CPU and GPU temps?
Does it always consistently reboot after a few minutes?
VS series PSU is not really suitable for these kind of systems - and if you've had it for a while it could be reaching it's end of life.
When it restarts, does it go through a formal restart or just cut power as if you unplugged it?

Yeah i monitored both cpu and gpu temperature seems normal only .Yeah after few minutes it constantly rebooting.It's not a formal restart , suddenly it goes to Asus Screen (what if you unplug and plug). If its a PSU problem then can you suggest me better PSU for the following specs.
