Question PC screen flashing black

For a few weeks now, my PC screen will flash black and then come back on.

In the past, I had a similar issue on a different PC that was going out. I would get a driver error when the screen came back on saying the graphics driver had failed. I do NOT get that error on this PC but the flashing itself is exactly the same. Turns black for a few seconds, then comes back on. Audio is NOT interrupted.

I have a Nvidia 1660 TI, the PC was just built in November.

I downloaded GPU temp and my GPU sits at around 50c, google says the max for my card is 95c, so I don't think it's overheating - My room is a little warm and my CPU sits at similar heat.

I download every driver as it's released from Nvidia, so I don't think it's a driver issue. Cables are well connected and I have tried switching out the HDMI cable with a different one, and the issue persists.

What should I try from here? Is there anything I can download to test the health of my GPU, like memtest for RAM? Anything else I could try?

EDIT: A new GeForce driver was released today. I'll download that report back if the issue persists, it only happens a few times/day so it could be awhile. Please go ahead and post advice/tips and I'll follow them until I figure out if it's still doing it. It's done it through 2 or 3 GeForce driver updates though, so I really don't have much hope this will fix it.

EDIT2: Possibly worth noting, while installing the driver the screen flashed as well (it always does, supposed to I'm sure). However I did notice when installing the new driver and the screen went black, the game I was playing closed out with an error when the screen came back on, and while the screen was black it DID interrupt audio; So since my audio is normally left on and the game does not normally crash, could this possibly be something other than a GPU/driver issue and maybe I should post in a diff section?

As of 12am 3/21 I've had 2 flashes since posting.

EDIT:
3:47pm 3/21 - 3rd Flash

EDIT2:
5:31pm 3/21 - 4th flash - Clearly happens more often when I'm working in photoshop.

I'll give an update, since no ones replied yet.

I think it's related to load, however the load doesn't go high on the GPU or CPU. With 2 Runescape windows (MMORPG) running & youtube, it may only flash once or twice per day.

When I add photoshop to the mix, I'm working on 5k x 6k pixel comic panels and it can flash as often as once every couple of hours.

However, even with photoshop added in, my GPU's highest load is around 50%. CPU's highest load is 60%, when I'm zooming in and out of the comic panels or selecting large amounts at once.

Also, screen never flashes when doing high-load actions. 9/10 times it has happened while photoshop is stationary and I'm trying to figure out what to work on next and NOT when I'm selecting large areas/zooming. The one and only time I managed to glance at task manager right before the flash, GPU was at only 20%.

EDIT: Just another note, I did these same actions on my old PC without flashes, so I know it shouldn't be overloading anything. I had no problems running 2x RS windows, youtube, and working on my comic with a gtx970, so a 1660 ti should be able to handle it even better; which going by load %, it DOES, it's just the flashing that's no good.

I've noticed from time to time, very small red or green lines across the monitor.
Can anyone at all help with this? If I need to use the warranty on the gpu, I'd prefer to do it soon, but would like to test for other possible issues if anyone knows anything to try?
