So what can i do to fix the problem or like temporary gaming or something for the time i buy a new psu. can i like combine both psu and like split the power between the two
If the problem is the power supply having trouble keeping up with heavy load, one thing you might be able to try is underclock the CPU and GPU to reduce the load. Depending on how far gone the output capacitors might be though, this may still not be enough.
Combining PSUs is doable and some people have done exactly that. As FRet said though, this may cause some additional trouble. The first issue is power sequencing: some hardware does not appreciate the 12V rail coming up much sooner or later than the other rails. The second issue is that if the "main PSU" and "extra PSU" have their 12V rails shorted together through components, whichever PSU has the highest 12V voltage will end up providing most of the current. Yet another potential issue is that paralleled outputs may destabilize one or both power supplies' feedback loops since normal power supplies are not designed to expect external power on their outputs. There are too many variables to recommend this option with any degree of confidence.
